BEFORE WE BEGIN
Essentials, Growth and Accelerate have a 12-month minimum term and no upfront website build fee. After that initial term, the service continues month to month. Maintenance-only has no fixed minimum term.
Once the initial 12-month term is paid, the website is yours. You can move to your own hosting with no exit fee. Third-party software and licenses remain subject to their own terms.
Your quote confirms the page count, development allowance, support arrangements and delivery schedule. Additional pages, features and services can be scoped before work starts.
Growth and Accelerate include monthly time for agreed improvements, such as pages, features or design updates. We confirm the allowance and priorities in your written scope.
Domain, hosting, paid software, advertising and payment processor fees are separate where applicable. Any taxes and third-party costs are set out in the quote.
We agree on any plan changes together. Cancellation notice, any early termination costs and the handover process are set out in your service agreement before you begin.
